PROCESSING

All ready-to-ship orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Some items are made to order or custom-made after your order is placed. Made-to-order items will have their estimated production time listed on the individual product page. This production time is in addition to the shipping transit time selected at checkout.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may ship together once all items are complete. If you need part of your order sooner, please email orders@easternsequoia.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed; however, please email orders@easternsequoia.com with as many details as possible and we’ll try our best.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on home fragrance orders over $69 within the contiguous U.S. For all other orders, enjoy FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $149.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3–15 business days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Once shipped, an order’s tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM ITEMS

Made-to-order and custom items are created after your order is placed and do not follow the standard 3–5 business day processing timeline.

Each made-to-order item will include an estimated production time on the product page. Please review this timeline before placing your order. Production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, season, and material availability.

Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the production time for made-to-order or custom items. Expedited shipping only affects the transit time after your order has been completed and handed off to the carrier.

Because made-to-order and custom items are created specifically for your order, we may be unable to cancel or make changes once production has begun. Please email orders@easternsequoia.com as soon as possible with any order change requests.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping options for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination and package weight.

Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten our processing or production time. Ready-to-ship items still require our standard 3–5 business day processing window. Made-to-order and custom items require the production time listed on the product page before shipping.

Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with 2-Day shipping will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.
