Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping or processing announcements. In-stock orders will ship within 2-5 days. 

Free local delivery is available within 25 miles of our location in Paradise, CA. Occasionally we will be attending events outside of this radius. If you're near by, but outside the radius, reach out and we'll let you know if we will be in the area. 

Being a new business, we're still establishing different avenues to get products to you. At this time, we do not currently ship outside of the United States. If you're interested in our products please reach out and we'll see if we're able to make something work outside our normal operations.

We guarantee all products to be free from damage or defects. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 10 business days with images of the damaged shipping box and damaged product. This helps us file a claim with the shipping company so you and I can get reimbursed.

If the item is defective or not working how it's intended to - ugh sorry! - please reach out to us to get a return started for reimbursement or an exchange.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Questions

For both our candles and wax melts we use a blend of soy and paraffin wax. We chose this wax for max performance and fragrance throw in a space.
